And now for something completely different...

My response to Global Warming!

this idea was around my head for some time. I had to learn some 3d software to complete this... so I picked Blender 3D and Cycles rendering engine.

Yes, I used nodes. IHMO It gives you a lot more freedom and opens room for imagination than standard materials. This reflective flat surface gave me a lot headaches... but I was so happy when I get it exactly as I imagined :)

I think I will prepare materials and post them here on dA, so you can peak at them.
